Elke a montré de nombreuses fois qu’elle accordait de la valeur à l’objectif de l’organisation et a généreusement offert de ses ressources pour le bien être de l’organisation.
Elle est une femme intelligente et humble. Elle agit toujours avec sagesse et discernement et en plus, elle est belle aussi bien sur le plan physique.
Elle encourage les autres membres à faire ce qui est possible pour l’avancement de l’organisation. Quand ils le faisaient, elle les en félicitait généreusement.
