The RUFFIN DORSAINVIL & CARL E. PHANORD Foundation (TRDCPF) will be a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the life outcomes of children from low-income, disadvantaged, or at-risk backgrounds in the city of St Michel De L’Attalaye. We will provide comprehensive, holistic support, including after-school tutoring, mentorship programs, and basic needs resources. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty by empowering children to build on their strengths and overcome obstacles. Over the next three years, TRDCPF aims to secure funding to serve at least 50 children to start across St Michel, aiming for a 90% high school graduation rate among participants.
Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing, and educational environments for disadvantaged children, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
Ruffin and Carl Vision has always been for a world where every child, regardless of their background, has an equal opportunity to thrive.
